Jorge is an award-winning author for the book “Differences that make a difference”, co-written with Pedro Espinoza.
What started as an interview to Jorge, turned into a collaboration of two perspectives: a baby boomer and a Gen-Z. The book focuses on the power of diversity, innovation and disruption as an advantage in successful organizations.
As a native peruvian, Jorge has always considered his differences to be one of the strengths he brings to the table. He believes that organizations need to embrace their differences at every level. Jorge has been an advocate of gender opportunity in the companies that he has led and a supporter of the Hispanic Community as a Board member for an array of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Pedro David Espinoza and Jorge Titinger interviewed 175 leaders on how companies can take tangible steps to create a culture of belonging, prepare for the future of work, and retain the world’s best talent. The premise consists on how inclusion has been proven to have direct, measurable effects on stability and success in businesses, both publicly traded and privately held.
